Ilok License Manager Server Unavailable

Recently when using the iLok License Manager on my Mac Pro cheese-grater running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 when logging in or trying to access my iLok I got one of two ServerUnexpectedException errors. In this article, we explain how to resolve these errors and get access to your iLok again. Your license will be generated within one business day and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your confirmation e-mail arrives, launch the iLok License Manager. At the top of their user interface, look at Availablelicenses. Select and right-click to Activate. This moves the license from the iLok server to your dongle.

Hi, i'm having a problem with the 'new' iLok License manager. I have tried contacting PACE and they are very slow to reply, so I figured I could give it a shot here :)
The license manager is not able to connect to the internet at all, everytime i start it i get the following message:
'Server Unavailable.
IlokThe server is currently unavailable. This may be due to a scheduled maintenance or a service outage of some kind.
There is no estimate for when the server will be available.'

Its been like this for over a month now, and I have had to use another computer to transfer licenses to my iLok.
I have tried turning of my firewall, turning off Antivirus, opening every port in my ruter (even though the other pc i tried it from was on the same network) and reinstalling several times.

I really cant figure out what the problem is, and its really frustrating, so if anyone has a clue it would be really helpful!

Windows 7 x64
